Our Services
We assist property owners and residents: securing improvements in the area, encourage fire protection and beautification and promote general welfare.
The overall Mission of the Association is to: Work with various businesses, organizations and agencies to derive beautification, safety, security, development and improvements for the area.
Our Membership Dues are only $25 per household, per year!
We are a not-for-profit organization of property owners and residents of Cedar Bayou, Cedar Mills Estates, Hillcrest Shores, Sherwood Shores, Wright Acres, and other neighboring areas that have come together with the common interests of enhancing the quality of life for those in the area.
